Description

Computes synchronized PASS phase and bounded flash intensity.

Arguments

0: Time <NUMBER>, 1: Alarm epoch or -1 <NUMBER>, 2: Calm interval (default: 10) <NUMBER>, 3: Flash duration (default: 0.22) <NUMBER>

Returns

[alarm, phase, flash intensity] <ARRAY>
