Description
register a Zeus footer field on the machine that owns its value.
[id, label, updateCode, intervalSeconds, scope] call FF_horror_fnc_registerZeusFooterStatus
updateCode is called without arguments and returns a number, boolean, or text.
Server fields are broadcast to every Zeus; local fields are shown only here.
Scope defaults to "server" on the server and "local" on a client.
